The Riviera Maya is blessed with humid, semi-tropical weather with mostly sunny days–although there are occasional storms with heavy wind and rain during the months of September, October and November.

In the morning hours, the temperature can go as high as 35°C (95°F), but the average is around 25°C (77°F). Nighttime temperatures can go as low as 10°C (50°F).

During the summer months, the sky can go through rapid weather changes, and it can go from cloudy to sunny and vice versa in a matter of minutes.
