Grupo Grand Coral offers guaranteed rentals, a new property investment model where we guarantee that you, as owner or investor, will annually receive 4.5% of the total cost of a Mareazul unit–a profit superior to any traditional investment instrument, besides guaranteeing you an outstanding return on your investment.

How does it work?

With this new investment model, you, as owner, may make use of your apartment for 6 weeks out of the year.
The owner assigns operation of the property, your Mareazul condominium, during the rest of the year.
Rentals will be operated by the company called “Grand Coral Property and Facility Management, S.A. de C.V.” or any other company designated by Grupo Grand Coral.
Rental payments will be made semi-annually.
The duration of this program is for three years, which can be extended. The operator will pay out rental as of the date in which the property is operable.

Investment plan

First Payment: 30% of unit value in a 6-month period.
Second Payment: 70% of unit value upon delivery, either through your own resources or with bank financing.
